Hello!

For context i booked a hotel in trip.com, ang sabi ng trip.com 3-5 banking days lang but 7th banking day na wala parin yung refund. I used BDO debit card for the transaction.

Dati naman (this march 2026 lang) I cancelled a hotel booking din sa trip.com pero I got the refund within 3 working days lang, holy week pa nun. Kaya nagulat ako bakit ang tagal this time.

Idk what’s with bdo now pero nakailang follow up and dispute na ko wala parin.

Anyone experiencing the same thing this month???
Nakakatakot lang baka di na mabalik money :( I need it pandagdag pamandin ng payment ng bills.
