As noted in a previous post, I raised concerns with vibee regarding occasional staff rudeness at the pop-up store and the limited VIP gift of only a PIN and drink voucher. I was then promised the bag, which arrived today. Having attended the show on the 26th and emailed vibee a few days earlier, I found the process quite smooth.
As many of you probably know, the VIP experience included the exclusive Millennium Lounge gift bag. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the distribution of the bags at the event, and not everyone received theirs as expected.
I contacted Vibee Support about it because, in my understanding, the bag is part of the Millennium Lounge package that we purchased — so of course I wanted to make sure this wasn’t simply forgotten.
The good news: Vibee has already responded to me and confirmed that I am on the list of people who should receive the bag. They told me that the bag will be shipped to me afterwards.
So, if you were also supposed to receive the Millennium Lounge bag but didn’t get one at the event, I would definitely recommend contacting Vibee Support yourself and providing your order number. It seems that they are keeping a list of people who are still waiting for their bags, so it’s worth making sure that your name is on it.
I know these things might seem like a small detail after an incredible concert, but for many fans, these VIP items are part of the experience we specifically paid for. Especially when you have travelled, spent a lot of money and booked a particular package, you naturally want to receive everything that was included.
So don’t just assume that you’ll automatically receive it later — reach out to Vibee, explain that you didn’t receive your Millennium Lounge bag, and make sure they have your details and order number.
Hopefully everyone who is still missing their bag will get theirs soon! 🖤

After being really disappointed with the latest AirPods Pro, I decided to try something other than Apple. After just one day of use, I can honestly say I finally feel at peace with my decision.
What surprised me most is the noise cancelling. I expected it to be good, but it’s actually noticeably better than what I experienced with the latest AirPods Pro. I didn’t think I’d be saying that, but here we are.
Apple clearly isn’t the only company capable of making great earbuds anymore and for me, this was a much better choice. 👍🥰
