How many of these she could potentially defeat ? She could heal after every fight, and she could face them just in random order. And only anime feats allowed.

And BONUS: If she stomps too many times, put her against Loguetown Arc Smoker.

Now we're only focusing on the named villains who are clearly adults, so not child soldiers or fodder marines.. At least Spandam, East Blue Arc Helmeppo, and real Commander Shepherd were pretty damn weak, is it one of them maybe ?
