New Pharmacies Q

Hey y’all! I think I missed the discussion on the new pharmacies coming to BEWL.

I was wondering if anyone can shed light on what pharmacies have what additives, and the concentration level of the vials for higher doses?

(I like 18mg or higher if possible, or 17.65)

Originally, I started with OptioRx (did so much better with B3), tried Apothecary (I’ll keep that opinion to myself) and I’m either going to go right back to Optio RX or if anyone has information on the new pharmacies I would love to hear it!

I think I even missed which pharmacies those were going to be. Sorry and thank you in advance! :)

Pharmacy Recommendations by BEWL team and why:

Hello all

I was just curious with all of the current pharmacies we have, and the soon to be new additions, what are the pharmacies that BEWL team members use themselves and/or would recommend and why?

Am I under dosing and don’t know it? 😅

I feel this is very random and I’m probably doing it right, BUT, I have a 4ml 18mg Apothecary Vial.

When I go to fat scientist, I put in 18mg/ml

then the amount I’d like to administer.

Does it matter if it’s 4ml vs a 2ML vial?

For example, let’s say I’m on “12.5mg” it tells me on my instructions and fat scientist to do 0.69ml (units)

Is this correct?

BEWL team Shout Out

I had what I thought was a shipping mistake today. I reached out via Reddit and Healthi App. Within maybe 5 min, Jasmine and my billing coordinator and Dr Kim resolved my issue in maybe all of 5-6 min. I mean, really right away. Jasmine jumped on asap to reach out. All in all, it was just an automated response error not actually a shipping error/pharmacy error. I just wanted to sing their praises because these are real people doing the Lords work! Not all heros wear capes lol. Thanks y’all. You really eased my anxiety and proved once again BEWL is legit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Switching pharmacies from OptioRX to Apothecary

Hello there,

I finished my first 10 weeks with OptioRX and placed my next order with Apothocary because of such great reviews, particularly with how great it works. ( I understand that it’s all the same, but is it if people respond so differently to different pharmacies? I do actually think it makes a difference)

Can anyone tell me what their experience has been like switching from one pharmacy to another such as apothecary? I am hoping for a positive similar experience. The next pharmacy I was going to try was seven cells but the eight week prescription is just not long enough for me to do it.

Thank you!

::I wanted to try a Tirzepatide without additives just to try it::

Billing Question

I’m getting close to the time I need to order a refill. With the billing cycles, when would be the best time to do that? I don’t want to complete my refill order, but then also be billed for it the same time my last payment is set to come out for my current cycle. Is there anyone that can help me? Thank you! 🙏

Apothocary Q

Hi Big Easy Family,

My current pharmacy is OptioRx and they have produced a great product. However I’m thinking of switching to Apothocary just to try it out since it’s additive free. For reference I’ve done wonderful with the B3, this is purely just to try it out! Does Apothocary send all 12 weeks at once? I prefer to not have broken up shipments. Thank you!

😊

First Refill Questions (TIA)

  1. I would like to potentially switch pharmacies from OptioRx to Apothocary. I’m on 12.5mg. I would like the 4Ml vials like I have been getting from OptioRX at a higher concentration to pull less units. Will this be complicated to switch pharmacy? I’d like to try one with out additives. Also, could anyone share their experience with Apothocary? (How does it feel, work for you, effectiveness, etc)

  2. Ive scheduled my appointment with my doctor to get my refill. I’ll need to keep this appointment over the phone to get the $75 credited towards my order. Is that correct? Or was that only good for the first time as a new patient.

  3. Can I switch pharmacies AND request my own refill for the dose I am on now and vial size? Or will it automatically figure that out if I say “12.5mg”

  4. Would I get 12 weeks worth all at once if I switch to Appthocary? I don’t want my vials sent at different times.

  5. OptioRX is great - but it takes forever to get your medicine. (I had to reach out to pharm and BEWL for help to receive my medication), is Apothocary similar or is it fast shipping?

Thank you I know that was a lot!

Employment Q

Hi there,

I was just curious if BEWL is still hiring. I’m in administration support currently serving as an executive assistant. But my past experience is medical as an MA in ICU settings, as well as surgical scheduling, and health information in Hospice. Plus, a lot of customer service.

I’m not sure what qualifications are required but I could be available outside of the 8-4 grind I am currently working like many.

Thank you,

Signed - a curious current patient & customer

Split Dosing vs Full Dose (the question asked all the time)

I’ve been on Tirzepatide since January, and I’m roughly 21 shots into my journey.

For the first time this week I experimented with split dosing (and titrating up) to 12.5mg. Mentally, I like that I’ll be getting 1/2 my dose every 3.5 days. But, I think once a week may provide a better outcome and produce the effects this medication is designed to do with more strength.

I would love to hear your experiences or advice with split dosing vs full dose. My intention was to not have big dips and lows and to remain even through the week so I could continue without the dreaded food noise in days 5-7 or less satiety. I do not have negative side effects and have always responded really well. (Just throwing that in there) I know a lot of people are quite successful with split dosing and also one full shot. Any insight would be appreciated!

New Portal Question

Hello all,

Am I supposed to get an email or a message in my Healthie App with directions on how to get to and use the new portal for my next refill or just in general? I haven’t received anything as of yet, and still just have my Healthie app. I am a new patient who ordered and communicated through the Healthie app for context.

Thank you!😊

What is the actual concentration of my vial? (Any help is appreciated)

Hi there folks!☺️

I chose OptioRX as my pharmacy. I was trying to choose a pharmacy that produced a higher concentration, but I’m not sure what the concentration even is for mine. My prescriptions will only come in 12.5mg and 17.65mg. I saw on another thread that Seven Cells had 25mg. Should I switch pharmacies to have a stronger concentration - Or is mine already a strong concentration? Basically I want strong Tirzepatide (as we all do) I have only had one shot of OptioRX for reference. Am I over thinking this?

Also: what is your experience like with OptioRX? How do you feel?

BEWL Customer Service is excellent

I just wanted to praise Cassie who went above and beyond to help me with a delayed shipping issue. She truly displayed what it means not to only meet expectations but she far exceeds them. BEWL thank you for being amazing and give that girl a raise! (J/k) but seriously, wonderful service :)

OptioRX Pharmacy Question/Timeline for Shipping

Hello 👋🏼

I had my appointment yesterday (Friday afternoon) with Dr. S Kim who was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. My card on file was charged very shortly after we got off the phone, and I received the portal message of confirmation my order was placed to OptioRX Pharmacy. When should I expect to receive a text message from the pharmacy? Or an estimated delivery date? I’m new to this and I’m sure this has been asked several times, so I appreciate your patience with me. Thank you all! :-)

P.S. under “medications” it still is blank. Is that normal?

Hallandale vs Apothocary

Hello all! I am very excited to start my journey with big easy weight loss. My consultation is in a few weeks, and it is asking me to choose a pharmacy. I have seen many users comment on Hollandale or Apothocary. I would like to know which one users prefer over the other and why if possible. I hope this question is allowed. Thank you again for your continued help and guidance. This page has been tremendously helpful.

Cancel/ Refund

I unfortunately had to cancel my first consultation appointment with Dr. S. Kim. Because I’ve cancelled online through the “magic link” when should I expect my refund of the $75.00 I’ve spent? Thank you for your help

BEWL pricing Clarification Q

Thank you to all those that helped me earlier. One question I forgot to ask is about pricing. I want to work with a company where it’s the same price always no matter the dose, and that there are no hidden membership fees. Does BEWL prices rise depending on dose? I’m currently on 10mg and if I start on 10mg with BEWL will my price be different than what’s advertised? Thank you for your help.

New to BEWL: I have a few questions before taking a leap of faith 🎺⚜️

Hello there, I’m new to this thread. I’ve been researching and driving myself mad trying to find the best company, service, and above all product for my personal needs and goals. After reading several recommendations for BEWL, I find myself here myself. I’m very much looking forward to beginning (continuing) my journey with this lovely and caring team. But first, I have questions!

• I am not brand new to GLP1s (but fairly new), I’ve been taking Zepbound/Tirzepitide since January 22nd. I’ve done well, but due to problems with the company I was with (who shall remain nameless) I am wanting and needing to switch companies. Will I be able to continue the dose I was on as long as I need to? I do NOT want to start over and go from 10mg (60 units for that Rx) back down to 2.5 and ruin all of my progress.

• will new patients be accepted, even if you are near maintenance? I plan to take this medication for my lifespan to combat metabolic dysfunction among other things.

• What is the price? I can’t seem to find cost.

• Are orders purchased in Bulk - and if so how much will that cost. Price is a big factor for me.

• Do I have to pay it ALL upfront? Or is there a monthly payment option as well? I’ve yet to find one of those. All up front depending on cost could be reasonable.

• What if I have a dosage question from the vials? Are the instructions easy to understand? For example “for 10mg inject 60 units”. I like vials as I sort of in joy the whole process which sounds odd (lol) but I also don’t want instructions to come to me in ways I can’t understand.

• what if I don’t get approved?

Thank you if you’ve made it this far in my post. This community seems to be very understanding and helpful. A big reason why I chose this particular Company.

In need of now switching to a compounded company. I am looking for something that is a flat rate all the way across regardless of dosage, affordable, and no membership fee. I came across Gi care and it stated that Reddit users seem to suggest this is this true? I would love to hear your personal experience. Any tips or advice thank you.
