My whole life up until now if been eating processed bullshit and I just discovered the primal diet and I really want to get into it. The issue is, after eating such foods all my life, the raw food is impossible for me to eat/drink, I just gag and almost throw it up. I tried to drink one raw egg today and I only got through 2 swallows, I didnt even get to the yolk yet. How can I overcome this, or is it only going to come with time.
