26M here still in closet and single . Haven’t came out except for few female friends . Parents are forcing to get married now, and when i deny cause of my upcoming very crucial exams in few months they let go for now but the bursts of it comes to their mind regularly and the thought of this is bugging me endlessly. It is really messing with my focus in studies . How to deal with it and reduce overthinking? Anyone who has done coming out already can guide me through this .
Forget to mention that when i deny they start with drama of counting that we had paid your collage tution fees which by the way heavy i admit

I’m am 2019 mbbs passout and took a drop year . Last year i had a rank of 71k. I’m stuck now , not able to revise anything despite completing 1 full read from marrow RR . Not been mentally well for few months now and even if i try to revise some subject it feels hella hard . I don’t have any good seniors or batchmates to discuss with cause most of them entered deemed collage or took up moship. I am completely doomed now not able to focus on a single chapter to revise . Any seniors or fellows out thier plz help me 😭.
