Special Endurance

I (6ft, 143 lb, M16) with a 64s 400m, a 33.4 second 200m, and a 14s 100m. I have been doing 2 speed endurance sessions like 7x200 with 3 minutes of rest, a short sprinting session, and a strength training session per week. Would replacing one speed endurance session with a special endurance session be optimal and should it be 3x200 with an 8 minute resting period given my level?

How can I plan my summer to end up in a t25 as a rising junior?

Last summer I attempted to study for the USABO Open Exam and my school's biology section of its Science Olympiad team after taking AP BIO. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in my attempt to get on my school's team and studying for it diverted a lot of time from the majority of the material in USABO so I chose to not take the exam. My school has major system in which I chose Electrical Engineering for my next 2 years, however, I have no background in the field or physics. I have no other significant awards or internships at the moment. Would I be better off studying for USABO again, devoting myself a heavily EE related competition like First Robotics/SciOly/Science Fairs, or attempting National History Day since I have just taken AP World?
