ps: Antillectual is looking for a place for 4 dudes to crash

bosch shem63w55n dishwasher didn't run the other night. Emptied out a significant amount of water under the dishwasher. Found a slight drip underneath the water inlet valve and replaced it. (Old one split in half upon removal so it was needed).

When I plugged rhe dishwasher back in it began to fill immediately and I found more water underneath and a separate drip. When plugged in there are 2 flashing lights and no error.

Stumped as to what is causing this drip.

*update- after I siphoned all the water out of the tub it is no longer trying to fill but there are now no lights on the control panel at all.
