I have several Tapo cameras, including the C410. However, I do not quite understand how the detection and notification settings work.

Since the C410 is battery-powered, I obviously want to minimize power consumption as much as possible. Ideally, I would like the camera to be “active” only during the night.

The only place where I can find any kind of schedule setting is under Notifications. Why is there no schedule option under Detection?

My understanding is that if I enable Detection, for example Motion Detection or Person Detection, the camera will continue detecting 24/7. The schedule under Notifications only controls when I actually receive alerts for those detections.

Is that correct? Or is there a way to schedule detection itself, so the camera only detects activity during specific hours?

As jungle Ekko, when I start bot side (Raptors → Krugs → Red Buff), I sometimes accidentally leave one mini Krug alive while kiting toward Red. This means I start Red with 7 CS instead of 8.

Most of the time (around 9 out of 10 games), I still hit level 3 after finishing Red Buff. But every now and then, I don’t level up and end up starting Wolves while still level 2.

Can someone explain why this happens? Is it possible that I’m too far away from the last mini Krug (CS #7) to receive the XP, even though I get the kill? Or is something else causing it?

Is there an XP range on jungle camps, or am I missing something else?
