Thinking about purchasing this copy online but wanted to verify if legit. After doing some research the case looks legit, the front of the cartridge seems fine to me, but any concerns? Do I need to request a picture of the back of the cartridge?

Want to get these 3 graded as a sequential set along with some other vintage cards. Which company do you think would be best to use? I know PSA has been rough on vintage recently... should I steer away on a nearly pure vintage submission?
Fronts & holos are all pretty clean, it's just the specs/mark on the back of the suicune I'm wondering about.
