So once I judge/absolve a fallen preyer, they’re gone forever?

aside from getting a bead out of it, which you have limited choices and tons of those already, what’s the point? The Fallen Preyers give a separate buff and you can level up to carry multiple of them… so if I judge them all, I just lose access to that mechanic?

also, which preyers give beads worth using?

Sent to Prison in Gilneas

A quick story I wanted to share. Not the end of the world, and it’s not a TTRPG, this took place in a Warcraft RP server (I think it was Moongyard actually, iykyk but that reputation was overblown)

during the time of Cataclym, people would do Gilneas RP, where you’d form a raid group and 40 people would go to the empty Gilneas zone to roleplay as villagers, nobles, guards, bandits etc. idk why they don’t do it anymore, it was hella fun.

I was a bandit this time. In one of the houses i saw an ambient pair of boots (part of the environment) while people were having dinner. I remarked how nice the boots looked and equipped a pair of boots to pretend I had put on the boots. the family said that was stealing and called the guard, who came and arrested me. I followed them to the jail, where the female guard started going into too much detail on how she put the shackles on me and made me kneel etc.

it started getting spicy, she (and by she I mean he, in his moms basement, with one hand) was RPing putting her hand down my pants. So I said I picked the lock on the shackles and ran away. There was a hill nearby where you could jump on a roof, and then jump to an adjacent roof. She was chasing me. On the second jump, I missed and fell on the ground. So I typed the emote to make my character go prone and said I broke my leg. I screamed how I needed a healer, but she took me back to the jail and tried to SA me again. At that point I said no thanks and left the group, the RP was over.

anyway I’m not shaming people who ERP consensually, but that was not cool lol. It didn’t cause me any distress, I thought it was more of a funny story. Although SA is no laughing matter

Mankind Divided: Ghost - worth it?

It feels like I’ve gotten ghost on every objective so far up until going to the Time Machine for the augment dude. I completed the first objective and got the exp, but no ghost bonus so I retried and got the objective without taking anyone down or being seen. The wiki page seems to show that you can get a ghost bonus for that section, so it seems like I messed up somewhere.

from some research, it seems like getting it throughout the game has a lot of bugs and such. Also with checking every single quest it’ll just be a test of patience. is getting this achievement a fate you would wish on your worst enemy?

What’s up with the Horse being a gift? *spoilers*

At the start of the film, Sinon dies guarding the horse. The Trojans claim it like it’s a game of capture the flag and use it as a symbol of triumph. I guess originally (in the text) it was a symbol of triumph, but was given as a gift. In the movie it feels like the Trojans snatched it away, not accepted a gift.

later, Odysseus says that the Trojans “had to believe it”, which I suppose is to say that he had to believe it wasn’t full of soldiers? but I got the impression that Simon had to believe it was meant to be guarded and shouldn’t be surrendered, which is why he died.

but at the end of the movie, Odysseus laments that they tricked the Trojans with a false gift and abused their hospitality etc.

I just felt some kind of dissonance between those 2 ideas. Am I the only one? I nearly forgot that the Trojan Horse was supposed to be a gift because of the way it was presented. I was hoping to get some clarification

O’saa at 999 M.Attack?

I just recruited him in Tunnel 1. He has 324 M.Attack when I unequip him. Immediately equipped death mask, then Chac Chac, and he shot up to 999. (Yes I cheated for unlimited saves, that’s how I’m able to go back to right when I recruited him, but I’m just trying to enjoy the game not replay the same sections 50 times, no offense to anyone who enjoys that)

Later I go to check his screen, I swapped for ring of wraiths to farm health from a Bobby… his M.Attack is only like 56 now.

when I tested Hurting with 999 M.Attack, he dealt about 560 damage. So I’m guessing this is just a bug that doesn’t actually represent his true strength.

edit: nvm, that was against the Gentleman that I dealt 560 damage, the 999 must’ve fallen off by then. I went to test it on the flesh sack guy in Tunnel 1, did 2600 damage instead. anyway I don’t really want to cheat to that degree, just want to confirm that his M.Attack should in fact be 16(???) when he has no equipment, not 324.

none of the gaming websites give a clear answer, I’m guessing they don’t know. It seems to me that first door with the lock on it is the only option. Is there a non-express route? I figured it would unlock eventually but I am in the post game and nothing
