I have a Mac Air M1, 2020. It wasn't in use for a while(consider it more than a year). Now I am trying to use it. It powers on and shows Power source: Power Adapter but is also showing Battery is not charging.

When I checked in the Battery preference it is showing me that the battery will be fully charged in approx 2.5 hours. Should I wait or take it to an Apple store near me?

It is showing me that Battery service is recommended.
