Has anyone hosted or attended a bridal shower (or any other daytime event for that matter) at Westlake Village Inn? Looking for some general feedback on experience with their management team, food, bar, etc. Any feedback is appreciated!
I am going to be working for a small firm as a 1099 contract attorney soon. Several people have recommended that I open a LLC with S-corp election, but my CPA says that the entity needs to be a professional corp. My question is that if I'm not actually opening up my own firm, do I still need to go the PC route?
