Early in the mockumentary film A NECESSARY DEATH (Daniel Stamm 2008) there's an appearance by an actor who seems not named in the credits. I believe he has gone on to bigger things but I cannot for the life of me remember his name

It's back to business as usual in the state of Mass where the same old scumbags who controlled all of Norfolk County are reasserting their power. They've successfully smeared Karen. And now they're coming after Chief Donna McNamara.
Many people, including me, criticized Donna McNamara for failing to go after the Farwells and Robert Devine for what they did to Sandra Birchmore.
What I didn't realize at the time was that the steps McNamara did take already were extraordinary and showed courage given what she was up against. McNamara did initiate an IA investigation which led to all three resigning from the police force
Her IA report was used by Sandra's family in their lawsuit and was used by the DOJ when they opened an investigation into Sandra's death.
What am I talking about?
Well, it's been two years since Farwell was arrested and the people resisting McNamara haven't forgotten how she 'betrayed' the old boys' club: McNamara has been forced out of her job as chief of police. They've been harassing and smearing her.
She's suing the town of Stoughton.

In this motion they show evidence that Colin and Allie lied about their movements that night and that their entire timeline was fabricated.

I'm sorry if this is old news to some of you. I had no idea that Karen Read's side had actual data that disproved the claims that Colin had left the house by 12:10 a.m. To my mind, this is the first concrete evidence that they lied about their movements.
* I think at issue it's Allie's own 360Life device, or it might be Jen's device. I'm not 100 percent sure which one it is.
P.S. I put this in a comment below: The HOS response to this makes a motion that the judge force Karen Read's team to NEVER depose Colin at all. They also accuse her of coordinating a smear campaign against Colin.
