Hi I’m looking into purchasing a helio strap and the bevel app to combine zepp data with my garmin data. As of right now the inconsistent HRV data transfer from Apple to bevel is a major turn off and is the only thing steering me away from bevel and helio. On the bevel website this direct integrations is labeled as “planned TBD” does that mean this integration is coming soon if not is it coming at all? And what’s a realistic timeline for this to be released? Thank you all!!!

I’m currently 18 with an internship that matches my 401k contributions. My 401k allows for me to invest in the average index and target funds. However I am also allowed to open a brokerage account under my 401k. Would it be smarter to stick with a s&p500 index fund or invest my 401k into individual stocks? Will investing in larger individual stocks like Apple,Nvidia,Amazon etc. that pay dividends be better than my s&p500 401k investment. Considering the fact whatever I choose I can only withdraw at 59.5 years old.

I have been a Garmin user for years now and use it to track all of my runs and lifts. I’m looking into only using the garmin while I’m lifting and when I’m not working out I plan on using a Amazfit Helio. Will I be able to use bevel to see all my workout data from my garmin and also see all my everyday/sleep data from the Helio? How will does this multi device system work and does bevel support both devices? I just want to be able to ditch the bulky garmin while I’m not working out for something sleeker while still tracking stress hrv hr and sleep. (If only the cirqa could come out any sooner 😒)
