HELP?! What size do I go with?

I have kind of outward teardrop shaped breasts and so many bras have never had the support or correct shape for me. I’m quite petite and it’s always been hard to find bras that fit me anyways. I WAS wearing a 32B, but since I’ve gotten the nexplanon implant, these bitches be GROWIN. Band size is 28”, bust is 34”. Everything is telling me a 28DDD, but I can’t find any bras that size because the smallest band size most places have is a 32”. I’ve been told both to just go up to the next size or go down the next size. What do I do????

Need help with training an 8mo collie/heeler mix

We got Smokey a couple months ago at the beginning of May and he's been an amazing family dog for me and my husband. We have a 3yo little boy (almost
4) who is on the spectrum and Smokey still tends to play by using his teeth. We've been able to command him to stop nipping, but it usually doesn't last long.
We've are a family of ADHD and we like to say that Smokey has it too lol. Smokey does very well with his commands, although he has somehow mixed up "sit" with laying down. We taught him "platz" (lay down) to overcome that though. He also tends to chew on the 3yo's toys and we've been trying to teach our kid to clean up after himself as well as training Smokey not to chew on every single thing that's laying on the floor (not very effectively though). The worst of it is that Smokey likes to chew on clothing. Every pair of underwear, washed or not, in a basket or not, is at risk. We tried changing OUR habits to putting dirty clothes directly into the washer instead of in a dirty clothes basket. Clean clothes still go in a basket, but the basket has to be hidden somewhere he can't reach or closed up in the bedroom. Since we've only had him for barely three months though, and with the age that he's at, it's hard to find training tips that will actually work for him. He's such a good boy and definitely a goober and we love him so much. We just want to figure out how to train him more effectively and correct those bad behaviors. He's very destructive with his toys, even KONG toys. We try to keep him active and play with him when we get home from work (me and my husband both work in EMS). Any advice is much appreciated!!
