What is this weird website and password saved in my password manager?

I have no idea what this is, or why it's saved in my phone. The website is vantivcnp. No username, but has a weird password.

Nobody uses my phone, I am confident I did not save this login, I don't even know what it's for, and the password is really weird. I did just leave my phone for the day with a phone repair shop to have the screen replaced (wildly bad decision) but that's the only time its been out of my hands and it wasn't unlocked so I'm just really confused what this is and how it got there. I have had a few unusual charges hit my card since then, but shut those cards down and changed all my relevant logins, etc. Not sure if thats related at all. Sorry if this is not fitting for this sub, not really sure where else I would post this though

For context, 26F, California, Butte/Sutter county area. I haven't contacted the vet yet, I'm debating options and resources at the moment.

I already have 4 other foster kittens only 1 of which has a potential home when they're ready in 2 weeks, as well as a senior foster thats crated while he recovers from a broken pelvis. My only real options I can see at the moment are take them in, bottle feed them and seek veterinary care, and medication for their eyes. Or take them to animal control where they will be put down. I don't want to have to put them down, but I can't really afford the vet at the moment, although I have got formula on hand and can afford more, and I can manage bottle feeding the litter. I've never had any with pink eye this young before- lungs are clear though, all are vocalizing well, have a strong latch and are rooting around trying to nurse (will feed them after this post) so those are good signs. I really just don't know what to do.

If anybody has a suggestion or recommendation on which way to go here, I'd appreciate it. I really, really don't want to put them down, but I don't know if that's my own emotional weakness clouding what might be the more logical and ethical decision, I don't know. Just, any advice would be appreciated.

She said she picked the plants in her yard to help with oxygen and she got the gravel from her driveway but washed it first, changes 3/4 of the water out every day with water from the sink (well water, idk if thats better or worse) and thought this is fine for him, she's had him for 3 weeks like this after she won him at a carnival.

ETA and what can I tell her she needs to get if she wants to take care of it correctly? I'm willing to help her buy the basics but not sure how or what we should go get if she is willing to upgrade the little fella
