Box build help!

Looking for some help/advice.

Not really interested in doing something else or alternative options.

I have a Ford F350 and want to do a 2.5” seat lift. With that extra space I am wanting to make a box for two kicker solo x 8s 2 ohm. I want to port the box to 32 or 33 hz to get those nasty lows. I can get the winisd numbers but when it comes to actual box design, I’m not finding much for a wedge style. I also want to include bracing for support and to reduce some of the cubic air space.

If you have experience in a custom project like this, I’d really appreciate the help. Not looking for someone to do it for me, just steer me in the right direction so I can figure it out.

Subwoofer Box

Does anyone have experience with under-seat subwoofer box design? I have the subs and calculations on Winisd but I can’t find anything to build the wedge style box with a huge port. I tried Torres and I’ll be honest, it’s not as intuitive as I’d like and there isn’t much support on the advanced configurations. All I’m seeing are basic settings videos. Height, width, depth videos and some on port. I’m not exactly sure how to do the wedge or figure out the bracing to fill the extra square footage inside the box without messing with the port tuning.

Finally lifted it

I paid $600 locally to have the lift installed.

Overall I am happy with it. Day one of having the lift I did order BORA 1/2” hub centric wheel spacers. The tires rub the radius arms when you are fully turned to one side or the other. I’m waiting for them to be made and shipped, can update if anyone wants the info.

I was able to find a couple good YouTube videos and use the Forscan to adjust for bigger tires and tire pressure. So far everything still works without issue. When I got it aligned the tech said I may need to re-calibrate the lane keep but it seems close to when it was factory.

Drawback: I go to a local drive thru car wash and my truck absolutely hits the sign that says 7’3” clearance. I still make it through the actual wash but my cab lights clear with less than an inch. I’ve only done it one time because I don’t want to damage the roof of my truck. I may have to start hand washing. :) lol.

Update: went through the other lane of the car wash and I barely cleared! The other lanes sign must be lower than it should.
