Was actually pretty impressed by the performance here considering the specs, decent star light but no visible moon. Walking back through some of the heavily tree covered trails was a different story though! Completely pitch black to the eye in some areas but admittedly did still produce a good enough image to navigate
Filmed through a mirrorless camera, had my exposure set a bit low, looks slightly brighter irl. Also notice the shooting star at the 1 min mark!

Its part of a maritime/coastguard vhf fm radio communication system from what I can gather, ive tried to do my own research but power specs are hard to find out as the tower owners are not required to disclose this information thanks to "security risks". I dont want my nuts to turn to raisins!
