Mill price increase of 56% and 78% for tools in just 9 years.

I was watching a Mill comparison video on YouTube from 9 years ago and the youtuber mentioned the current website listed price for the Mills. I was on both manufacturer's websites at the same time looking at today's listed prices and they have jumped 56% and 78% in just 9 years for these tools. Just insane and unaffordable now. Where is the best place to find an affordable used mill? I really would like to get a decent benchtop mill.

First welding project

First time making something with a welder. I REALLY needed a knife vise so hot glued this together.

Swap out drill press bearings to do light milling.

Has anyone replaced their drill press ball bearings with tapered roller bearings to do light milling on the drill press or is that just an all around dumb idea? I have a really small shop so trying to be as efficient as possible with tools. I'm just doing one off guard slots here and there and using a file is really time consuming.

Well, it was a learning experience but mom liked it.

Made several mistakes but they were good learning opportunities
