I’m helping a friend install his mini split and trying to understand all the relevant code. Determining the horsepower rating of the disconnecting means is giving me trouble. As I understand it I need to add the full load currents and locked rotor currents of ALL motors involved not just the motor compressor. So do I need to dig around and find out the specs and ratings for the indoor unit with the blower? I had only gotten a picture of the outdoor nameplate and I’m not sure if that is just the ratings for that unit or the whole package.

I need to get my work boots resoled and I don’t even know where to begin shopping for soles. I know Jim Green sells their zero-drop soles but I’d like something thicker or more rugged. Everyone talks about Vibram but how do I see their options and know what’s zero drop.
