Can someone help? This feels like BS

I ordered this item in early April and suddenly the seller ghosted me and never gave me my item despite saying it was shipped (it was a PDF), I requested a refund to Etsy and waited as it told me. I opened the page to see if it was resolved or not and saw this, but I was not informed it was rejected or told it would be rejected.

I feel stupid since I now lost $118 over the one time I decide to treat myself with a story from someone I purchased before. I just want my money back since as a customer I should be entitled of that right?

Is there anyway to appeal this? I feel like it's weird I was not informed of the rule at all or any changes

(2nd UPDATE) I need some serious advice on a friendship that needs to be nipped in the butt SOON

Hey guys this is my second (and hopefully final until further notice) update of my coworker vs my partner situation. A lot happened this weekend, firstly I'M ENGAGED NOW! He popped the question the day he arrived and had been planning this all trip with my mum and I couldn't be happier!

Now onto the coworker drama!

Patty was good for the beginning, respectful when I introduced them, didn't go too crazy at the news of the engagement, I thought my words actually got through to her and she was listening to me.
However, things turned after a few hours. Yeah... she didn't listen to me at all.

After about a hour since he arrived, Patty "accidentally" slipped an embarrassing story of me to my fiancé and then went "Oops, well since I already embarrassed you-" and then proceed to rapidly share personal stories of me and ask very personal questions like "so what kind of partner is OP?", "do you and OP kiss?", "OMG so did you know one time when OP was this age they did this thing HAHA that was so funny they shared that!"

My fiancé was a trooper and luckily knew the stories already, and would answer questions that were appropriate than ignored the questions or stories that obviously made me uncomfortable.

I plan to have a serious talk to Patty later this week for not listening to me, I don't care if she was excited or whatever excuse she gives I gave her a boundary and she trampled it so casually

(UPDATE) I need some serious advice on a friendship that needs to be nipped in the butt SOON

I got some advice how to deal with my coworker and did manage to talk to my partner and did warn him about Patty and her behavior and informed him it's best we ignore her best we can, I also decided to sit down and have a firm talk with Patty about how she may act. She tried to laugh it off with a "oh I won't embarrass you...much" which I firmly told her that I'm dead serious and I don't want or need her to actually be on her best behavior and I won't take nonsense. She seemed to accept it but was "sulking" the rest of the day so I don't fully know if this works

Thanks u/truMalma and u/Lagunatippecanoes for the advice and thanks reddit for listening to my rant

I was kind of wondering this question since I have heard some people got into fandoms because of a fic, and I'm guilty to end up loving a ship purely because of a fic.

For me it was actually SebaAgni from Black Butler. I only saw them as a friendship since at that time I didn't have any ships with either, but then I red this one fic where they were a side pairing and they loved to make chocolates and it just hit me hard man and now they're a OTP of mine
