Winter is coming stay strong or idk

been going through this disease for like 2 years now its getting worse every year last year I had month or two symptoms free in summers but this year I could feel everything everyday tho i don’t have that palm and foot itching which happens in slight increase of temp. I did enjoyed the summers when out on running, did some trips the pain was 4-5 mins max and then i was free like a bird. From last week the temp has dropped in india it’s starting to rain, i started a side business aswell I cook and stuff it’s starting to get pretty uncomfortable to do that I have night job too. I was always a dreamer but lately I’m getting scared. Seeing people going through years scares me this winter scared me..i don’t know how am going to do what I wanna do. I don’t come from rich family I have lot of responsibilities and pressures.
Its stupid, I have started smoking drinking I don’t wanna die but i feel if life is going to like having it smaller is good. I do have a idea how i develop this thing I was going at a very bad phase in life, anxiety attacks and all. I can’t date anyone anymore aswell last i dated was 10years ago..I realised that with all this things i get dependent on a person very easily, i no longer have a sense of true feeling that’s why I avoid people and sharing. I have seen many people walk away from me or changed and I know i won’t be able to take that as that ease and comfort like this is unreal dream for me, I can’t be dependent to anyone.
I have tried all oral medicine, immune suppresser but nothing helps. Xolair and rhapsido thing is not available in india under insurance and paying this much for whole life is not possible lmao.
It’s not about the disease anymore, it’s just feel useless, lost, sad about everything anymore idc.
I hate weekends too….

Help needed designer help needed

Hey, someone fraud me. I talked to online designer i was not aware that i need cdr file for better. I have a image file for my logo i don’t know how he did it but I was satisfied with images so i paid him aswell now when i went to my printer he said i need cdr file cause this are low quality and won’t look good in stickers. I have the designs i just need someone to turn it cdr file and give me.

Help I’m not able to loss weight. I have drop my weight many times but my weight puts up very fast. (24M 5.8 81.5kg)

I have drop 15kg aswell within months but recently my body is stuck at 80kg or something. I work alot mostly daily 6 days a week and cardio mostly running and hit workouts. I do walking aswell for an hour. I have this weird autoimmune disease aswell which makes my life bit miserable in winters that cholinergic urticaria, my body hurts when I sweat im thinking to drop 10kg or something before winyers cause i will be very less active. I m eating 2000 calories or sometimes even less i do 2 meals that’s all. In between chai and stuff i track food aswell it don’t exceed than 2k tho
What’s going wrong i sweat crazy like if i weight myself after my workout i will be dropping almost a kg and next day im more a kg or something it goes like this only!!! Help

My daily routine is i do 9-10 km run alternate days like if mon run then Tuesday hit workout for 1hr and wed i do superset type 10 pulls ups 25 push-ups 25 squats x 8 times. Thursday run again 10k friday i do kaafi light workout dumbles chest shoulder tricerp 2 exercise 3 sets of each snd some abs Then aslo at office i walk 1 hr or something daily.

Sat ko i drink beer and alcohol but i skip a meal to compensate and also chakne me i eat one chips most i try to avoid it.

Still my weight is same for like a month.

Need advice/help. I’m planning to open a food stall (nonveg) which would be the best place.

Hey me and family is planning to start a food stall chicken biryani and chicken curry and trist me u gonna love it XD we are going to start with 2 recipes only. All clean and hygienic we will be preparing at home. Its not actually a food stall i will have the setup in my car only. The timing will be on weekend and at night so we can prepare at morning and serve at night. I want a good crowd place. It will be helpful if anyone can give some suggestion thank you
