Hello! i’m having neuroplasty and/or transposition, ulnar nerve at elbow at i’m pretty nervous about the surgery.
i’ve never had a surgery like this before. doctor told me I would be underneath twilight sedation and it would only last 30 minutes and i’d have a nerve block prior.
has anyone else had this procedure? how was it?
anything on twilight sedation that can help me not feel so anxious about it? please!!
M 27 and on Thursday i’m going to have 4 implants, 2 in both Canine and 2 in front teeth to bridge the front six.. I am BEYOND anxious.. anyone else had this procedure done and can tell me anything?? I already had all six teeth removed due to chipping the front two teeth and my canines did not grow in right and was overcrowded.
i believe my dentist offers regular numbing and laughing gas so still deciding which would be better for me due to my anxiety.
i am beyond relieved to have it done since I constantly get asked what happened with my teeth and it makes you so self conscious.
any advice helps. <3
