[WTS] (Wise) (Diving Gen 3 Titanium) + 2 Stock FKM & Miltat Titanium Tool-Free Bracelet
A dramatic bracelet taper is a bad thing.
There is this consensus that a dramatic taper, usually of 4mm (e.g., from 20mm-16mm) is a must. Youtube reviewers will give a watch perfect marks and then bemoan the fact that the bracelet only has a 2mm taper, usually from 20mm to 18mm. A 4mm taper causes a watch, especially something like a chronograph, which is thicker and houses more mechanical components, to wear exceedingly top heavy. It also creates less surface area for the distribution of the weight around your wrist. Not only does less surface area make things feel more unwieldy, but in the absence of a quick adjustment, it makes the swelling and shrinking of your wrist throughout the day feel more pronounced. I believe an Orient with a 22m lug width and no taper wears far more comfortably than any bracelet with a 4mm taper. Give me a 20mm Staib mesh with no taper every day of the week.
[WTS] (Hanhart) (415 Panda) Stock Quick-Adjust Bracelet + Anchor FKM
[WTS] (Hanhart) (415 Panda) + Extra German Bracelets 🇩🇪
This is my Hanhart 415 Panda. I figured it was only fitting to put this German piece on a German mesh. This bracelet is from Arroway. I am not affiliated with the brand, but I must comment on their customer service. These guys are responsive and meticulous. Moreover, they are complete watch nerds. These bracelets are not cheap, but they are beautifully refined. Plus, I think this particular pairing works wonderfully. Have a good weekend, everyone!
