[Hair Removal] Issue after shaving head bald for the first time!

Hello! I shaved my head bald with a DE razor without having proper after care. It’s been a week and the redness or bumps have persisted. I have been using SA lotion, benzoyl peroxide 5% wash and some GA toner. I really want this to heal so I can try shaving again with better fundamentals. Please help with any advice regarding speeding up healing or what routine to use to help fix this.

Is this folliculitis or razor burn/irritation?

I shaved my head for the first time ever to go full bald. I used a DE safety razor but I didn’t have proper technique or aftershave routine. My head has looked like this for 7 days. I am using benzoyl peroxide and SA lotion. I don’t know how to heal this faster because I was to shave again.
