Rejected from All Short-term Housing Applications

I applied to both WISH and WID for student housing, but got rejected from both. WID suggested I look into a dorm that's over an hour away from campus, but between the housing cost itself and the added commuting expenses, it's just not financially feasible for me. The other company listed doesn't support short-term housing, thereby limits my option a lot.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What are my options at this point. Are there other housing programs I should be looking into, or ways to appeal/reapply?

First video from my Pocket 4P, Very happy and impressed.

Not sure if Reddit's gonna compress this video, but here it is anyway. Picked up the Pocket 4P in my country, and surprisingly there's still plenty of stock, even going for less than retail. I only started watching YouTube tutorials about a week ago, and this video from Declan Jenkinson seriously carried me through the basics of color grading.

I shot it in D-Log since DJI locks the D-Log2 exclusively for the wide lens, but hey, resolve only provides an option for D-Log. Really happy with how my first proper video-centric device turned out. Not sure if this footage does justice to the dynamic range. I also own a Fuji XT-3, and honestly the hassle of using it for video is a real pain. Guess the best camera really is the one that makes you actually want to shoot more.

Low fps on Forza Horizon 6 with 9070xt

So, I used the optimized settings by benchmarking but I'm only getting around 60 frames per second, which is way lower than what I've seen others get on YouTube. And when I go into a new area, like a dark tunnel, my frames totally tank to about 10 fps for a bit, which is just unplayable considering my setup. I'm running a 5700X3D with 32 gigs of RAM. I even tried FSR, but that only gave me like 6 extra frames. It really shouldn't be this low, right, especially with 2K resolution and medium ray tracing?

Edit: Well, in my case, the issue is how the game handles steering wheel inputs. I actually found the fixes over on another subreddit here. My bad, it turns out the game was the issue, not the GPU.
