Dolphin Alternative?
My first dolphin lasted me 8 years. The new version has had repairs within a year and keeps having issues. Latest the handle broke.
I have a large indoor pool with all kinds of debris so I need something versatile
Looking for recommendations.

LAYOFFS and STD?
Got the email this morning... my short term disability was scheduled to start tomorrow. Major back surgery. Does anyone know if STD benefits are part of the 90 days non working pay?

My surgery is scheduled for next week. I'm in my head w/ high anxiety. I love the gym. I love taking my dog on trails. I have high pain tolerance but I don't know how limited I will be. I know the basics. No lifting over 10lbs. No Bend/Lift/Twist.
Curious of any stories that will give me hope for trail walks even if super slow.
