to clarify i do like tralsei im just annoyed by the endless stream of this exact post in every other utdr sub
ignoring the fact that most people who bring up femboy rep in conversations about tralsei are nearly always trying to shut down a conversation. i want to really dig in to this idea of femboy representation as opposed to transfem representation. so as a little thought experiment, please list as many gnc male characters as you can think of, then name as many transfem characters as you can think of.
(as a little side thing, if you know of literally any characters that come out during their story that would be wonderful cause i can’t think of a single one.)

so i’m absolutely obsessed with this game, like genuinely haven’t played anything else since it came out. my biggest problem is that i feel like the sampler dungeons are really hit or miss? like some of them are really fun and then there are other ones that are probably the worst part of the game. does anyone else feel this way?
not only speculating about the agab of a non binary person in the nastiest way possible, but also being homophobic and transphobic at the same time about the fictional idea of asgore dating a trans toriel. truly the worst “theory” of all time.

idk, i think im just so exhausted at this point that i wish there was never anything to suggest ralsei was trans. as much as i love the idea and think its possible, its just really exhausting (as a trans woman) to be the center of discourse for the 500 millionth fucking time in a row. just kinda over it i think

it really bugs me the way that the VAST majority of people i’ve seen arguing against this reading of this character have basically no reason to do so, and when you give evidence they go “nuh uh” like for me personally, even ignoring every single piece of evidence like lost girl playing in their room, or the titles, just the scene where flowery calls ralsei princess is necessary for proving this in my mind. because genuinely why the fuck else would toby write it? same thing with asgore using they, people are going to say “uh well, asgore doesn’t know ralsei’s pronouns” but like, that’s bad, unintuitive writing, which toby is very much not known for. anyways, ig it doesn’t matter cause most people still think the theory is as simple as “ralsei feminine = girl”
