So l suffer from anxious attachment and its driving me crazy
I had a talking stage a while back and l became emotional attached like crazy and because l have anxious attachment l wanted constant reassurance from him , l wanted his attention at all times and l am aware that is very annoying to the guy but l cant help it
I am too afraid of being left by the one l love
Guys l was constantly telling him to update me on everything he does and give a reason for not texting me 😭😭
Right now l am trying my best to heal from anxious attachment and be a better person and all l can say is its really hard but l am getting there
