Pretty spacious with a full bed and very spacious with a twin. 1650 everything included. One of the rooms is a living room of sorts and the other a study that you’re totally free to use. One bathroom with a tub.
This 3 bd apt is a 5 min walk to the G train & 7 train. Laundry and supermarket are just a block away each. Super quiet neighborhood near the river and ferry line. Also super close to Franklin ave and off of Manhattan ave which are riddled with restaurants, cafes and bars.
I’m in school and working so I won’t be home too often I’m super quiet, friendly and hermit like. I do have a cat who’s 10 years old and tends to stay in my room.
