I unlocked Tucked planche in less than 5 months of cali

It's as you read in the title. I started my journey on February 12th today is June 6th. Before you say anything I do not have a weight lifting background and never worked out consistently for more than a week ever in my life. Locked in this year and discovered skills like planche, Maltese, 90Β° hspu, front lever and etc that I never knew existed in my 19 years of life.

When I first started my journey I aimed to reach a clean L-sit by December which is my birthday but I unlocked this before the L-sit πŸ˜… .

What helped early on is Speudo Planche push ups that I started doing in month 2 of my journey as as well as pike push ups. I stopped doing regular push up as much because they don't provide any value except showing off. Creatine helped a ton because when I first started I'd be sore all day long from just doing push ups and planks .

I think I may be able to get full planche in a year at the rate I'm improving. What I need is a stronger core that's really the main factor holding me back rn. I tried to extend my legs at the end for an advanced tucked planche but nope, still got a long way πŸ˜… appreciate any feedback, tips and advice πŸ™πŸΎ

My longest elbow lever so far

Everyone says it's a beginner skill you can unlock in like a week but everytime I would try I would fall on my face because of poor hand placement and balance. Now almost 5 months into my Cali journey this is my longest hold. It's a decent skill but I don't really care to practice it much ngl

Chat are these good elevated pike push ups?

I've done them with nose to floor to get the most ROM. Standard pike push ups have gotten easy now so this is how I've been challenging myself

I'm able to do elevated pike push ups now

I remember I wasn't able to do one even after 2 months of Cali, 4 months later after spamming pseudo planche push ups and pike push-ups. Regular pike push ups have become pretty easy to do so now I'm challenging myself more by doing them elevated with 10" paralettes for deeper ROM

Turned off the audio bc of too much background noise.

Lmk if there's any tips or improvements 😁

Upgraded 12" street tires TRBK M2

Yoo Today I went to a shop in NYC to get my tires installed. Both hybrid 11-in tires that I had before this were super bald (see last pic for reference). Immediately I was able to notice the increased height, Even better cornering and stability, it runs more quieter too. Another thing that's very noticeable is the decrease in acceleration but I should be achieving higher top speeds now I did 60 GPS with the 11" hybrid tires, and another redditor did 67 mph GPS with the new model that comes with these tires stock.

If you have this scooter you can indeed fit your own 12-in tires but unless you get the upgraded bracket for the rear fender, the one you have will rub against the tire so it would be best to just ride it without.

I got charged $40 per each tires and $5 for oil for both brakes so $85 total. The split rims definitely made the process a lot easier on the workers but the design of the split rim is pretty retarded because you can only push out the tire from the side with the motor wire so you have to unplug it from the inside 🫠 supposedly it's not like that with the new models anymore

TRBK-M2 with bigger 12" tires 😁

[All Rounder] One of the best zombie manhwas

Hey guys remember I read this manhwa years ago when it was first releasing and a few days ago I decided to go back and saw that it was completed.

The MC wears black leather clothing, uses a chain as his main weapon imbued with flames and rides a motorcycle! That's already one bad ass character. The side characters are useful and strong in their respective fields. The zombie designs are quite unique and the plot is great too. This series is very underrated and you should give it a try 😁

No hand riding on the M2 πŸ”₯

Trio ride today with me on the m2, Dualtron Thunder 3 and a kukirin G4. Even tho both my tires are pretty bald, as you can see in the clip it's soooo stable on smooth surfaces that I took both my hands off.

No wobbles ever happened to me on the m2 while the DT3 I was with wobble so many times during the ride when he slammed the brakes πŸ’€ stuff like this is why I'd never go back to spring/ C shape suspension.... Front forks on top>>

Pull up bar too low for my height

Hey y'all I'm 6'1 any pull up bar I find ends up being too short for me. My feet end up dragging on the ground and low-key only place that's good for me to do pull ups is the basketball court πŸ˜… it was worse for my friend who is almost 6'3 when he tried the pull up bar as well.

As a result of that I haven't really progressed much in pulling exercises because it's really awkward doing it with my legs crossed. Started Cali on Feb 12, currently May 27th. Today I did 6 clean reps for the first time tho so not bad

Pike push ups progress/ form check

Hey all, it's officially been 3 months since I started doing calisthenics, I started with terrible shoulder strength not being able to do a kneeling pike push up even. In month two I started being able to do about two, and after doing speudo planche push ups for the past 2 weeks I've been able to increase my reps to 7!! Nose to floor too.

This is a short video I got from the end of my session today just concerned if my form is good and if there is anything I should correct. For those struggling with shoulder strength, try speudo planche push ups like I did, the carryover was immediately noticable for me after 2 weeks. TIA ✌🏾

Hey all I'm 6'1 and live in a basement. When I attempt to do a wall handstand my feet are all up on the ceiling as you can see 😭 if I were to use my parallettes then it'd be worse. I'm not really progressing because my feet aren't dangling in the air.

I tried at the rec center where I work out but they told me I couldn't do that there.

Believe it or not that was like the 4th day I've been practicing this so I'm quite satisfied with how long I've managed to hold it for . Handstand push ups looks super cool, I just wish to unlock it someday 😊

This is still the best scooter I've ever purchased and owned. I recently replaced each brake pad and the front tire that was too bald for my liking. The split rims are s big game changer fr!

Range is still like brand new and when it got to be 70Β° out the power was just incomparable then when it was winter πŸ”₯.

This summer we outside 😎
