Does anyone experience this after eating gluten? Every time I get expose to anything containing gluten, my face looks so puffy as if I slept for 24 hours straight. It’s so strange because my blood panels are celiac negative. Just want to know if other people deal with this.

Anybody else’s legs swell up when eating even a small amount of sugar? I have diagnosed Lipedema by a vascular surgeon. I am between stage 1 and 2. Lately I have been very inflamed and puffy and my legs feel very heavy but what I recall is eating very little sugar. Does sugar need to be completely eliminated to be able to feel better? Thanks!
