What are the best moisture chamber glasses?
I don’t care about style, aesthetics, I care about efficiency. Don’t tell me ziena eye wear because they were so inefficient. I think if they are googles would be best?

I’m looking for any help or insight for eye allergies specifically for dust and dust mites (at least the only allergy that they have detected me so far).
I have every symptom that you can imagine. Super itchy, super red, super puffy…I struggle to sleep because I wake up during the night scratching my eyes.
I have used anthistaminic eye drops, but they just relieve me from 100% to 90%. I try to control the environment as much as possible but at the end of the day dust mites are everywhere.
I use some glasses indoor to protect, but still even when I am in a safe environment my eyes are itchy and red. It’s like I’m in a non stop cycle of inflammation.
I don’t know if I should just go to live in the mountains in a dry area but I was hoping there is something else to do.
Any eye drops recommendation? (Hopefully without preservatives), any tricks? Tips?
I’m also starting immune therapy under the tongue called LAIS (by lofarma).
Is that the best one? Or more recommended?
I’m also trying to do a low histamine diet, not sure how much that helps?
Are there any supplements I should target? Any tests in my body that could guide me to a better solution? Thought that maybe my enzymes DAO are not efficient enough to break down the histamine in my body.
I’m just trying to figure out. It’s very tough to have puffy eyes every day super itchy. But I’m confident I’ll find something that will cure or you guys can help me to that. Thank you
Also, any doctors? Specialized in eye allergy specifically dust mites?
Anyone know about scleral lenses? How much those help?
