What's happening in the stream chat today?

I was present for part of the beginning of stream, before the reaction started, but I had to leave for a little while to help my mom do things around the house. When I got back, there was just a lot of infighting between chatters & mods, chat was removed from screen for a while. I tried to scroll up & view older messages, but being on mobile, it wouldn't let me view enough of the chat history to find out myself. I tried to ask what happened but I think my messages just got buried

I wish people feared superjumping more

I don't think everyone should stop superjumping forever and ever, I just wish people who have bad luck with superjumping could recognize their patterns a little more. you've been insta killed upon landing at the hands of the very skilled e-liter on the enemy team on 6 separate occasions? and you want to try it again?

I try my best to protect people who superjump to me, but at a certain point, I just have to save myself. I had one teammate during zones a few months ago who went 1 and 17. I watched the replay through their POV, they jumped to me 7 times & jumped to the other two on our team 10 times (combined) & died instantly almost each time. That person barely painted at all and just spammed 'Ouch' each time they died. That's one very extreme example, I understand, but I feel like a lot of people lately (forever, honestly, but it's irritated me especially lately) can't think ahead, can't formulate plans, & can't recognize patterns

Planning in advance isn't always easy as the map doesn't always show opposing players, you don't know who could be swimming with ninja squid or simply sitting really still in the ink, bombs could always be placed at your feet, etc. I don't superjump very often anymore, but sometimes if I do, I try to look at the map & look for 'exit routes' (patches of ink that I can swim in easily). I also try not to superjump to teammates using ninja squid (If I remember to look, I've gotten better at looking as time went on but sometimes I forget) These strategies aren't perfect but they've helped me more than they've hurt me, I wish more people could do something like this more often

I play a lot of short range weapons, so sometimes I can't always protect teammates, but I try. I get really nervous in matches sometimes, however. There's been more than once that I've had all 3 teammates die at/near the same time & all 3 jumped to me all at once and I just get so nervous that I run or try to kill (but I end up dying)

again I don't think people should stop superjumping, it can be a very useful tool if done with luck, I just wish people could be more mindful about it. I think a lot more people could benefit from drop roller or stealth jump, maybe even quick respawn. Some people are really good at defending themselves when they land, or picking good times to jump, & I appreciate that a lot, I wish people like that were more common

New (lukewarm?) info in regard to Toni (Peter Pan Girl)

I almost posted this last night but I decided against it. I don't know how to put it into words; I felt weird about being the first reddit mucker to bring the convo over here, for a few reasons. I am not the most eloquent writer, & I also do not have a Tiktok account any longer, so I may be missing out on updates or parts of the conversation.

Along with those reasons, I also do not want this to turn into a lolcow situation. Although I do believe that any public information on social medias is fair game for critique, I don't want people to harass her or anyone else in this mess.

disneyscoopguy (The dude in Toni's video who has Guy Fieri's hairstyle, who is not Toni's husband!) had posted the attached video to his Instagram in which he attempts to clear things up. (Note: Sorry if the formatting is weird on this post lol I'm not super familiar with reddit anymore)

In my opinion, this video is very bad, but I will save my full thoughts for the end.

Here are the (paraphrased) footnotes of this video by disneyscoopguy:

1: Toni is not banned from Dinseyland because she has done nothing wrong.

2: He follows that up by saying people claiming that she is neurodivergent, that she has spent millions at Disney, that she is banned or that Peter Pan actors have been fired are essentially clout chasing.

3: He then followed that up by saying that she doesn't go to Disney to meet a specific Peter actor, but rather, to 'meet the character', & she sees Peter regardless of the actor.

4: Supposedly, she knows some of the actors 'IRL', they like her & are 'choosing' to engage with her because the actors can choose to leave guest interactions if they so wish.

5: Says that he believes that people aren't watching Toni's actual content. Instead, he claims that most only watch hate videos for the opportunity to dogpile

6: Says that Toni is 'sweet', says that she doesn't deserve hate right after.

7: People are going to Toni's years old videos to leave hate comments.

8: (I'm paraphrasing this one the best that I can) Says that people within the last two weeks have spent more time harassing Toni, than Toni has spent with Peter Pan actors in the last 10 years. Then, rhetorically asks who the 'real stalkers' are.

9: The hate has extended to ban petitions, & threats towards her & her husband.

10: Says that viewers have lost their 'whimsy'.

11: Speaks on the kiss video, clarifying that Toni was a minor during that video & says that the people who were upset 'clearly' haven't seen the movie because it's a reference to a scene from the movie.

12: Ends the video saying that Disney would protect the Peter Pan actors if Toni were a true threat.

Again, I am of the opinion that this is a bad video. It's not even from Toni herself, but she's still endorsing the video in his comments, which is one of my biggest problems. On top of that, I dislike some of these arguments. However I do agree that she nor anyone else in this predicament shouldn't be getting threats of any kind. Again, I don't want this to be a lolcow situation. But, I still think she is not above criticism, not in the slightest.

'You've all lost your whimsy' is such a weak defense. 'Toni is one of the sweetest people you've ever met' that means NOTHING to me lol (Am I allowed to say that it probably means very little to most people as well?) As an outsider, these statements just seem very hollow to me. Is she actually sweet? I don't know, maybe! She very well could be! Even if she is, that still doesn't make her above criticism.

I also don't necessarily think it's true that the misconceptions of neurodivergence, being banned, spending millions, etc are inherently 'for n clicks & money.' Maybe some people are doing it for that purpose, I don't know. But, I feel like his inability to acknowledge (in this video, at least) that sometimes misinformation can spread rapidly on the internet just rubs me the wrong way. I don't think everyone is doing it maliciously, so speaking in such absolutes this way just rubs me the wrong way.

(I may be wrong about this, correct me if I am:) Bringing up the fact that it's more than 1 Peter Pan actor that she sees just seems really irrelevant to me, but maybe I'm wrong? From what I've seen, I feel like I haven't really seen anyone claiming to believe that it was only 1 actor. I feel like I've seen most people understand that there was more than 1 actor. But, again! I also am missing out on a whole world on tiktok, I could be wrong! But, I don't know, at least on youtube & instagram, while the situation blew up from 1 actor speaking out, I thought most people understood that she seeks out Peter Pan despite the rotating actors. On top of that, I still don't think the actors rotating suddenly makes this okay.

The argument that Toni is supposedly friends with the actors 'IRL' just irritated me because ... all of this is happening in real life? & I KNOW he means she's friends with them off the clock or outside of work, but it still annoyed me so much (personally, lol).

Even the argument that the actors truly like her & she is friends with them outside of work just still feels hollow to me. Maybe she really does hang out with some of these people when they're off the clock, good for her I suppose! That still doesn't make her actions any better. There were clearly videos in which there were kids waiting to meet Peter Pan & she refused to walk away, it just seems so selfish to me. That's not even mentioning the fact that some of these actors still look miserable when she's near.

I also can't help but think about what backinthacloset & sabrinabonv have said on different occasions; That the actors don't actually have as much free will as disneyscoopguy claims.

The notion that disneyscoopguy includes in his videos, 'Peter Pan can leave & get a handler if he wants, therefore he's choosing to have these interactions' just doesn't seem true. I almost wanted to give him benefit of doubt, since perhaps the policies have changed since Sabrina & backinthacloset have worked there (Who knows? I don't!) but I feel like I trust the word of former charcater actors rather than... a guy on instagram who (to my knowledge!) has never worked at Disney. & I could be wrong! Maybe the policies have indeed changed. But, again, disneyscoopguy just speaking in absolutes just gets under my skin so much. "If Disney saw something wrong, they'd stop it!" just doesn't seem like a true sentiment when you take experiences of Sabrina, backinthacloset & the princesses into account.

I actually have even more issues with this video than what I've mentioned here, but for now, this is all that I feel comfortable with sharing here.

I'd love to hear what Muckers think!

Edit: Wanted to add this! This has been up for a few hours now. u/ Ophaniel_'s comment made me reflect a little bit on my first point of contention being one of my bigger problems being Toni not posting a response video herself. I thought a little bit of how overwhelmed Toni must be, but Ophaniel_ put it into a clearer perspective for me as of now. I don't think she's a bad person or anything for having no immediate response & I think I was being too hostile when I posted this, for that I apologize

[TW: self harm] Will I still be allowed to do a breast exam with self harm scars on my chest?

Hello, I apologize if this post goes against any sub rules, I looked at them before making this post but I still wanted to make that clear.

I stopped cutting almost 2 years ago. I have scars going in many different directions on my breasts, some of which I think are keloids. A nurse/medical assistant looked at them during one of my hospital stays, but I've never gotten the scars properly checked out. They caused me a lot of pain for the first ~2 months post healing but they don't bother me much anymore, just the occasional itchiness but no pain anymore.

On top of never having the scars properly examined, I've never had like any kind of women's health exams, including breast exams. I have a lot of health anxiety, so I've tried off & on for many years to check for breast cancer signs, but I don't do it consistently because I don't fully know what I'm supposed to be on the lookout for. I've tried to google it but I still just can't wrap my head around it.

For the last several months, I've been having increasingly intense breast pain, & now it's so bad that I can't really sit or lie down comfortably & it has like driven me almost to tears. It doesn't feel right, either, like against my hand. It hurts in 3 different spots, & when I press against the area, it feels like .... dense.

I would like to get this examined, but I'm worried my scars will stop me in some way from getting that done. My biggest fear is being refused by a doctor. I also don't even really know how to go about getting something like this scheduled, I don't have a true primary care doctor. I'm on the autism spectrum so I have a social worker who helps me schedule certain appointments but I almost have too much shame to tell him about this. I don't know what to do.

edit: I forgot to mention, but I am 24 years old.

Where is this store at?

I have read the 'We are not google' rule, & I do understand the purpose of it. However, I have googled this using several different ways of phrasing it & I cannot find what I'm looking for. If this breaks rules of the sub, I will delete it & I am sorry in advance if that is the case

I am in Skagit County, & I don't get to go to Seattle often, but I always pass this game store whenever I travel there. I always wish for a photo of it, but I'm always so distracted with helping my dad drive on our way there, I always forget. I'm also not the best with directions, & I sometimes can't tell which city or area we may be driving through at the time. I've looked at google results in several cities, & I can't figure out where it is. I tried my best to draw what I remember it to look like in my head, but now I feel like I don't even know if this is correct

The reason why I am asking, (I also don't know if this statement is against sub rules, I apologize if it is) is because I really want to create this shop in Tomodachi Life for my own enjoyment.
