I have turned off my VPN and tried to log into the Mint Website and the Mint Mobile App. I enter my phone number and password, and I'm told one or the other is incorrect. I reset the password, but verifying the security code that is sent via text message is a PIA because I have to switch the esim cards, from my current number/Visible to other number/Mint, verify it, then hope I can log in via website. Now I'm locked out of the website and I've been on hold quite a while.
I opened a Mint account and got an esim to try it before I made the switch from Visible to Mint. I'm hoping this isn't a bad sign. I know I entered the phone number and password correctly.

I have very soft water - 0-.3 grains per gallon. I have a top loader Speed Queen. I'm using Large Fill, Hot water and 1/3 cup Tide Free/Gentle. I cannot get trace suds! I up the dose to 1/2 c. and I'll maybe see trace suds. I've checked with water hardness strips and my city. To make sure the strips were accurate, I've used multiple strips and used bottled water, garden water, orange juice, whatever liquids I could find during my testing frustration.
Today I also added 1/4 c. Biz o my 1/3 c. Tide F&G since I was doing white towels and still no trace suds.
Would someone please offer me directions using the large/hot fill AND the autofill/hot extra rinse? I know this is user error on my part, but oof. After reading this sub for almost a year, doing the spa day, using citric acid in the softener cup only, and cleaning my machine with citric acid, I just can't figure it out. Laundry shouldn't be difficult once I have the tools in hand, right?
