How do you grow out long hair?
Every time I try letting my hair grow a bit it looks like a mess and I have to get them shortened by a barber. After a certain length my hair looks so rough and dead. It gets harder to comb it too. I want to grow them till shoulder length while also not looking disheveled. How do girls have silky smooth hair?
