idk mum always said to cook chilli to prevent it from upsetting your stomach
birds eyes, approx 10% vinegar, 10% lemon and lime juice, 30% oil, 6/8 cloves of garlic and a touch of ginger, salt and pepper
part of me assumes that the vinegar and lemon/lime juice will pickle it. Normally I dont worry when I make a batch because its gone in a week or 2 but this is probably 6+ months worth so it will sit in the fridge for a while
