I have an iPhone 13 and on the iOS 18.7.8 Face ID was the smoothest that has ever been, no stutters, no more wait, but then switched to iOS 26 and everything went downhill… it doesn’t recognize me normally, when I swipe up to unlock the phone it shows me a blank screen and then unblocks, like it takes more to unlock because of the new animation that adds miliseconds to unlock, do you also have that problem?

So recently I updated my iPhone 13 from iOS 18.7.8 to iOS 26.5 and had a different story with the new update like: worse battery, performance, lag etc.
And since the iOS 27 came out and everyone says that its good and better than iOS 26, im wondering for real like should I update? Will it be better ? Idk
Someone with experience with the iOS 27 tell me if I should update
