Someone please help me a dog question
My phone into a bad part in my life I'm currently living in a weekly hotel temporarily till I get back on my feet recently I found this dog that was tied up to a pole apparently he was left in a room with feces all over the room human feces. And then the owner left them in the rain no one wanted him and so he stayed there after he stayed there for two days I had to take him in b I'm not in the position really financially currently but he's such a sweetheart and I feel so bad for this dog. Anyways here's the question
His eyes look like they're so shut they did not look like this when he first was tied to the pole. I now need to take him to a vet I don't have the money for that right now until I just need someone's help if you look at the first picture please look at his eyes if anyone is a vet would be a huge help to just let me know what's going on.
