Playstation Portal won't connect from Mexico

So I travel for work often, most of the time in the US.

This week I traveled for work to Saltillo Mexico. For those that don't know Saltillo is a major city in Mexico, with a lot of US business travelers due to the American companies with factories in the city.

I'm staying in the best hotel in town, with very good internet. In fact my Asus ROG Ally X is great. But no matter what I try, my Playstation Portal will not connect. If I use the hotel wifi, or Hotspot my cell phone.

I was traveling last week, within the US, and had no problems using the Playstation Portal. I even called my wife and talked her through turning on the PS5, and everything is fine.

Is there an issue with the Playstation system, when trying to use the Portal from another country like Mexico.

Nanoleaf support tells me that Razer Chroma is crashing my wifi

So, I've been fighting an issue on my desktop PC for a while. I have 11 nanoleaf shape sets, and two nanoleaf essentials lightstrips. I use the nanolead desktop app, to sync them with Razer Chroma.

I have more Razer Chroma devices than I can count.

Everytime I allowed the nanoleaf desktop app to run, my desktop wifi would crash, and only the internet connection on the desktop PC, no other devices had an issue.

I found if I turned off the nanoleaf desktop app, the wifi stopped being crashed. I worked with nanoleaf support, sent them app log files and they determined that it was actually Razer Chroma that was crashing my desktop PCs internet connection.

So based on the feedback from nanoleaf support, I disabled the nanoleaf control in Razer Chroma, and now the Nanoleaf desktop app can run and the internet connection isn't crashed.

I asked Nanoleaf if they were working with Razer on the issue, since the sync with Razer Chroma is the reason that I purchased the nanoleaf devices.

Razer PLEASE fix the issue.
