Been in a caloric deficit through intermedent fasting, for the past week or so.
The weight is melting off like crazy, but I got a bit tired of guestimating my calories. I told myself I would start tracking, and it started today with my first meal (12 PM).
Through my food scale & serving size portion control via the nutrition labels.. I calculated...
2 slices of bread - 240 cal (20g of protein, 12g of fiber)
2 tsp Cream cheese spread - 50 cal
1 teaspoon of guac - roughly 22.5 cal
4 tomatoes (29 g) - 5 cal
2 boiled eggs - 156 cal
So a roughly estimated total of *475 calories*, 32g of protein, & 13g of fiber. How did I do?
