First meal of the day

Been in a caloric deficit through intermedent fasting, for the past week or so.

The weight is melting off like crazy, but I got a bit tired of guestimating my calories. I told myself I would start tracking, and it started today with my first meal (12 PM).

Through my food scale & serving size portion control via the nutrition labels.. I calculated...

2 slices of bread - 240 cal (20g of protein, 12g of fiber)

2 tsp Cream cheese spread - 50 cal

1 teaspoon of guac - roughly 22.5 cal

4 tomatoes (29 g) - 5 cal

2 boiled eggs - 156 cal

So a roughly estimated total of *475 calories*, 32g of protein, & 13g of fiber. How did I do?

Improvised & made a space in the garage for skipping rope

(M24) Currently living with my grandmother in Texas, preparing to go to the military. Jump Rope has been my absolute favorite method of cardio. I go to Planet Fitness, which has no space to skip rope. I would find myself skipping rope outside in random parking lots (with my skip mat), mainly the parking lot of a nearby neighborhood's swimming pool.

It's becoming unbearably hot outside, so with my grandmother's permission, I rearranged some things in the garage, and deep cleaned the area, to make this little space. Just enough for skipping rope, as well as other exercises. Day 3, it's been great. The convenience of being able to workout without having to leave the house is like no other.

This picture is the final result, I have no before pictures. Best way to describe it was "clutter" lol. I didn't even think it was possible to make a space in here.
