Used Honda CBR 500r reasonable price?

Going to check out a bike I found online, private sale. Guy is asking 7K for a 2022 Honda CBR 500R, with abs. Only 800 miles on it, doesn't look like he rode it at all and looks to be in very good condition

I'm definitely not paying 7K for that, way too close to what the MSRP was, and it's a 4-year-old bike now. What would be a reasonable price to suggest? I was thinking about offering 6k. Thanks!

so many issues I'm so done with this car

2011 Subaru Forester x with manual transmission, replaced engine at 115k miles, now at 120k. A few questions posted, so basically, am I cooked, or is this worth putting work into?

A MULTITUDE of issues, can post more pics if you guys know what to look for.

The pics are for a STRONG burning plastic smell while driving. (Inside and out of cab). When I open the hood, it seems to be coming from alternator, wasn't able to get under and sniff too. The alternator is 2nd to last pic. I also replaced the alternator at around 105k miles.

There is an exhaust leak (last pic) that I know of. But the first few pics show the busted open rubber cover and that black goo all over the undercarriage.

(Plus the ball? Joint on drivers side. It looks the same on passenger. Should I replace?)

While driving, there seems to be a strange "scratching" or "grinding" noise, that ties to the engine rpm. Not constant, sounds like it happens twice a second. It's very faint and actually too hard to hear on a video with the wind noise in background. But definitely something wrong with engine, I can feel it through my foot on the gas and am so used to my car I can hear the difference. Posted the code I got 2 months ago that has since went away (last pic), so it might be spark plug related? Those were replaced with the engine though, so it would stink if they were broken

ALSO the ac compressor is and has been busted for at least a year. Did not have the need to fix it so I put it off because part is $350 and if I don't do it myself it will be another $350 in labor.
