We bought these as red phantom tetras, but we're starting to think they may be serpae tetras. Can anyone help identify them please? Thank you !

Hi can anyone help us identity what this worm guy is in our planted fish tank 😭😭 he was poking out of the sand over these stones (there's soil underneath).

This is our 3 week old planted tank and noticed these on the glass on the inside. Is anyone able to help identify what they could be? Our water testing has been stably 0 ammonia and nitrite and low nitrates so we were planning to put shrimp in soon. Any help is very much appreciated !
