Hi, I’m an external hire with solid 2 years of experience. When I searched for jobs, most of the salary ranges I found were around 30k and above. However, when I received the job offer, the maximum base pay was only 21k, although they said there are additional allowances included. With that, do you think I should still take the offer? since they saying na it will reach my base pay expectation daw. (acn is one of my dream company) but i feel like they’re trying to low ball even i negotiate with them.
