So I failed a quest, because I died, so is there is a way to get the quest back? Changing servers or something?

Ok so I am very interested in buying the game, but I am new to the genre. Never played Tarkov for example. I am playing Gray Zone Warfare, and that is the first game in genre. How does Vostok compares to it? In difficulty and game pace, progression, etc?

So I started playing the game some days ago and I am loving it, it is really hardcore, but it is very nice. So give some tips please on guns, which are the best 2 or 3 weapons to invest as a beginner. I just got rep to unlock the second zones now.
