I made the discord server I wished I had when I was starting to write

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a discord server I’ve been working on for a little while now.

We're an active community of writers who want to write, finish, and publish books. We're not just here to talk about writing, and we run lots of events to help you reach your goals. Our community consists of some new writers and some experienced writers.

What we offer:

  • A welcoming community of adults (18+)
  • Publishing resources and advice
  • Critique and feedback channels
  • Monthly events
  • Tavern-themed user roles and aesthetic
  • Chill moderation

If any of that sounds interesting to you, here’s a link:

Hey everyone! I know there are quite a few discord servers for authors floating around, so I'll try to make this quick. I set up a server for progression fantasy/litrpg/cultivation authors. Here's what some of my goals with the server are:

- A chill hangout. If you're *just* looking for shoutouts, this isn't the place. I want to find a community of people who love this genre.

- Just a relaxed atmosphere, no overbearing mods (and no politics)

- A small and condensed server, as minimalist as possible. I personally dislike servers with too many channels.

- Gather some useful resources and essentially, be the resource I wish I had when I was first starting.

- No publishers, and especially not scammy ones.

Anyway, if that sounds like a place you'd enjoy, here's a link to join:
