That last Chapter fight was such a struggle lol. But I managed to complete my second run of Engage. Tried out some new units I didn’t use in my last run and for the most part, they turned out pretty well.

Especially Diamant, who is considered quite mid. Bro was literally Kagetsu “at home” for me lol.

As for character highlights, Clanne + Lyn was definitely a saviour for me. Especially with Draco Hex + Astra Storm. Merrin + Marth syngerized very well. Yunaka & Corrin worked kind of well as a debuffer combo. And we can’t forget Diamant + Ike. The one hit wonder combo.

Okay, now I can FINALLY move on to Fortune’s Weave. I did say I would play it after my first run of FEE Maddening. But I got sidetracked by Engage’s fun-ness.

I really enjoyed this difficulty from the other FE games. I usually only play on Hard Classic, but I decided to try Maddening cause I heard it was pretty fun. And it was!

Kagetsu was an absolute beast once I reclassed him from SM to Wyvern Knight lol. Mans gotten the most MVP for me.

Okay, now that I completed a run of Engage, time for me to play some Fortune’s Weave!

This is the team that I’ve been using to try and beat Chapter 19. However, one or two of my units always get cooked or either miss, which forces me to use up all of my Divine pluse uses. How do I beat this map?? I’m not using any DLC with the exception of Edelgard so Camilla isn’t an option.

I completed Chapters 10 and 11 and now I am in the early mid-game. I managed to get an extra master seal from the well and I think I’ve gotten most of my team comp down.

Now I am just wondering which one out of these 3 units would make a good tank for me starting from the early mid game.

Louis I’ve heard is a good tank unit for early game but falls off near the start of mid-game

Diamant I’ve heard makes for an mid tank

Jade from what I’ve heard makes for an alright to somewhat good tank

Which one of these should I promote to make them a mainstay tank for me? Or should I just wait until I get better units?

Edit: I am playing on Maddening. My bad. Forgot to put it in the post title.

So I got Chloe to Level 10 and I finished Chapter 7, where I got the master seal from Hortensia. But now I don’t know which class to promote her into. I’ve seen online that Wyvern Knight is best for her and that Griffin Sword is good for her because of Levin Sword. Should I go Wyvern or Griffin Levin Sword with Sigurd Engraving? Or should I just put her in Lance Griffin knight with Fensailr +3 with Sigurd engraving?

Edit: forgot to put this in the description, but I am playing on Maddening difficulty.

I have Jean on Micaiah for healing EXP and Edelgard on Anna for damage. But I don’t know how I am able to beat the map with this team comp. I’m trying to beat Tiki’s paralogue before Chapter 7 to give Tiki to Jean. I would really like some advice on this team comp and how to beat the map as well.

Edit: I managed to beat this map without an extra archer. Took quite a while, around 65 turns. But I still did it. Chloe with Sigurd is an absolute godsend of a unit.

This map was AIDS on steroids. It was not properly playtested at all. And yes, I had to use Xander cause otherwise I would have been pulling my hair out trying to not use him.
