Dealer is not giving helmet, as the law he should so what can he done.
I recently bought a Triumph here in BLr, Karnataka, RTO and everything is done, but right after I purchased I asked them about helmet, as of now there is a rule stating that the dealer should give you two helmet but when I asked one guy said the rule is just for indian brands who manufacture bikes in India and Triumph is not indian, the other guy said you show me the rule where it's written and I will give you the helmet and the first guy when I gave counter argument he said that Karnataka HC put stay on the rule. I did some research and finally found the official statement but is there anything else that I can do.
