Any advice is appreciated

My group and I play twice a week at 2000pt and I'm sitting solidly at a 15% win rate with my Sisters. Feels like I've tried nearly every build I can support, every strategy and nearly every model and I cannot punch through the stuff they're bringing. I've been finding a lot of games I am either being overwhelmed by hordes or specialized units screening my objectives and ingress points or just plain being vaporized by some cannon I can't hope to do damage to. I'm not against losing models to trades, and I'm trying my best to make sure I'm actually able to complete objectives, but playing is quickly becoming no fun. Any ideas on lists that actually work?

Players at my table are "Oops all tanks" Guard (Hellhounds, Rogals and Baneblade), "Oops all Mechs" Tau (Riptides, Stormsurges and Ghostkeels), "Elf Speedball" Aldari (just elf shenanigans), Necrons, and "Me and my Million Friends" Tyranids (so many 'gaunts).

Chirurgeon's Tools are Surgical

If I had a nickel for every time my Hospitaller had killed an Epic Hero, I had 3 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it has happened thrice...

Change or get out

A few days ago, I posted about having a one on one meeting with the absentee owner of the business I manage. As many suspected, it went extremely poorly and I've now been given a write-up along with a few thinly veiled threats to go alongside it to the tune of them telling me that they'd be putting an ad out for the positition if I did not give them an answer in a day. The long and short of it boils down to an ultimatum that I was given where I go on a month by month probationary period and follow their rules to the exact specifications.

Normally I would be on board to be taught new skills and to help build the business, but this is all coming up after I have been working for the business for 12 years, pulling 44-50 hours a week on a bi-monthly hourly, working weekends and holidays, not taking a vacation in multiple years, and have built the store's reputation from the ground up. All while having 1 other employee.

The main grievances they had was that I'm not being a leader, that I focus too much on our communities that've been built, that I'm not selling the "right items", and that if I bring up being burnt out again without going on a vacation that it'll show I'm "not in it for the betterment of the store".

The question is now; do I take the month by month offer and aggressively find another job in the interim, or do I say screw it and step down and finally take a few days off?

Nothing I do seems to be good enough

So, I've been managing a small town board game store for the past 8 of my 12 years with this company. I never even signed a document or contract, I just kinda got the job. There were only 3 employees, but that was all we needed. Things were really good for quite a while: sales were good, customers happy, events were going, absentee owner was happy, and I was also really happy.

The past year and a half, however, has not been good. Sales dropped last year in part from tariffs, economic/tourist downturn, and after being told repeatedly by the owner to slow down on ordering new items and to focus on the top sellers list that we had been given. So I did, and with no information about stabilizing budgets, I had to continue making due. My only other full-time employee got into a yelling match with the owner after they were asked to work a few extra shifts after their vacation to cover me for my first vacation in 4 years and quit on the spot. To top it off after all the issues of the previous year, the owner decided to restructure our entire game plan and has been hounding me to essentially re-learn how to run the business in that way for the past 2 months thinking I can get it done instantly.

Now I'm working 96ish hours in a bi-monthly hourly pay, have 1 other employee who just started a month ago, am personally running 3 of our 5 games nights a week (12-16 hours on top of other hours) without pay because "the events don't make money, why would we host them" and I can't abandon the communities we've built (we're still charging them for the space and make good money), I have what I assume is burnout or depression, and I was just made to fill out a worksheet that my corporate accountant friend called a "description of the job for when you're fired."

I meet with the owner in less than10 hours to go over all this and am going to be told a lot more that I'm not up to snuff about before I'm even granted the chance to speak.

At this point, the only reason I'm sticking around is for the community and my co-worker. Is it time to pull the rip-cord?

Question about Overtime and Stat

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I'll ask anyways.

With a full time sales clerk position being paid hourly & semi-monthly, if they were to have worked 97 hours over the pay period including 8 hours on the Victoria Day Monday, what are the proper calculations for how to figure out their pay?

I know OT and Stats are paid at regular hours + 1.5×/hr but do they stack? Are there special considerations I should be aware of?

I'm getting needlessly confused trying to read the Canada gov website on the matter.

Many thanks in advance!

Looking for a Sculpt

Does anyone know if there are any sculpts for Sisters that have one kneeling down like in the image? I want to make a kitbashed Hospitaller that isn't just standing over the injured like a statue.

What am I doing Wrong?

I've been playing SoB for a little while now after starting to play Warhammer around maybe 6 months ago, and we play about once a week. I'm at a 1-1-14 record right now, and I'm honestly losing all will to play at all. I've studied lists, built even more, and have spent way more than I had ever intended to, all to just lose in spectacular fashion each time I've played. Tried to run Champions of Faith, Hallowed Martyrs, and Bringers of Flame...

For reference, we play 2000pt, and my friends are using Eldar, Dark Angels, Black Templars, Astra Militarum, Custodies, and Necrons.

Any advice?

Anyone have a suggestion on how to better place Celestine or the Zephyrim on their bases? I really dislike how flimsy the purity seals and clear flying bases are. I tried cork, but I can't make it look like the units aren't all mid-trip haha
